Google Sheets
I found it to be the best app so far. It is better than Excel in my opinion as you can include live web data to the spreadsheet.
Microsoft Tasks
It is free and it does good job with sending reminders
Microsoft lens
I sometimes need to quickly scan receipt and documents. I used Microsoft Lens to save and convert this to PDF and instantly saved it to my onedrive.
